The following terms & conditions set forth the rules & regulations surrounding the use of the ACP Conference website. By accessing this website, it is assumed that you accept these terms & conditions in full. If you are not 18 years old or older, you should discontinue use of this website. The terms “you” or “User” refer to you, the person accessing this website.
ACP Conference reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by updating this website. Definition
ACP Conference contains three main types of content.:
- “ACP Conference’s Own Content” means articles, videos, research and all other forms of media posted on ACP Conference by employees and authorised representatives of ACP Conference.
- “Sponsored content” which includes whitepapers, research reports, videos, case studies and any other type of media that is provided by vendors and other information providers to be placed on the ACP Conference website.
- “Third party” content which is content or media that is posted on ACP Conference by Users or other Persons who are not under the employ or direction of ACP Conference. An example of this might be an information post to an article that first appeared on ACP Conference by a User of the ACP Conference website.
License & Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, any copyrights, Licenses and other intellectual property rights related to the Content is owned by ACP Conference. All intellectual property rights are reserved. However, by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you are granted free access to view and print pages from ACP Conference for your own personal use and up to 10 other users for non commercial purposes provided the User includes all logos, trademarks, copyrights and other proprietary rights that appeared on the original and includes a notice indicating ACP Conference as the source of the material. You may not:

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from ACP Conference
- Copy material from ACP Conference
- Redistribute content from ACP Conference unless you reserve such right in writing from an authorized ACP Conference member.
Content Liability
ACP Conference maintains control of ACP Conference’s own content, Sponsored Content and Third party content through a reasonable check on its veracity. However, ACP Conference makes no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness or results to be obtained of the information listed. User or “Third Party” Content

ACP Conference shall not be responsible or liable for User content of for any loss, cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of the User Content on the ACP Conference website.
Use of ACP Conference
ACP Conference hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ACP Conference under the terms described in this Agreement. Only one person at a time may access ACP Conference using the User’s screen name and password without the prior consent of ACP Conference. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, ACP Conference may not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed without ACP Conference’s permission.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right at any time and in our sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and our linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our website, you agree to be bound to and abide by our terms and conditions.
Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our website or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you. This can be done by sending an email to [email protected].
Term and Termination
This Agreement will continue until terminated by either you or ACP Conference. The Agreement can be terminated by either party by notifying the other party by telephone or electronic mail of the decision to terminate.
ACP Conference may discontinue or change www.acp-conf.org, or its availability to you, at any time.
